Welcome to the Mill!

Come and discover our 3 character cottages with their 2 swimming pools in a bucolic and relaxing place. The property is bordered by the La Seugne river.

Arranged in an old water mill, 2 of our lodgings have preserved the parts of the mill which were once used to produce flour. If you want the atypical you will not be disappointed!

Our 3rd gîte is a large typical Charentaise house with large volumes. It will charm you with its chic country decoration.

Located in Champagnac, you will be ideally located to explore the whole region (Jonzac, Cognac, Royan, Pons, Bordeaux…)

For a weekend or for your holidays, come and recharge your batteries in a setting of calm and greenery...
